Pursuant to Clermont County Board of Commissioners' passing of Resolution Number 187-05, the conveyance fee is being increased to four dollars per thousand ($4.00/1,000) effective September 30, 2005.
Conveyances received by mail postmarked prior to September 30, 2005 will be processed at the current three dollar per thousand ($3.00/1,000) conveyance fee. Any conveyance received with a postmark after September 29, 2005 will be processed at the rate of four dollars per thousand ($4.00/1,000) and may be returned for lack of proper conveyance fee.
