Standards of Conveyance Legal Notice

Pursuant to Section 319.203 of the Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the current conveyance standards have been revised and the new standards of conveyance are complete and open for public inspection in the offices of the Clermont County Auditor and the Clermont County Engineer.  Public hearings will be held at 9:00 a.m., Monday, December 11, 2023 and Thursday December 28, 2023 in the First Floor Conference Room of the Administration Building, located at 101 East Main Street, Batavia, Ohio.  Pending these hearings the new standards will go into effect January 1, 2024.
